Former Secretary of State Dr. Henry Kissinger and H.E. Sir Emyr Jones-Parry, British Ambassador to the United Nations, spoke at a high-level reception in New York. Ambassador Robin Chandler Duke hosted the event at his residence, while Roger Kline, President of the Friends of Atlantic Partnership, moderated.
